Re: Index provider methodology changes - Vanguard ESG Global Corporate Bond UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund")

As outlined in a shareholder notification dated 19 January 2022 ( https://global.vanguard.com/portal/site/portal/ucits-fund-announcements ), Bloomberg, being the sponsor of the Bloomberg MSCI Global Corporate Float-Adjusted Liquid Bond Screened Index (the "Index"), was scheduled to make changes to the Index methodology on 1 April 2022, in line with the scheduled Bloomberg re-balancing of the Index. The Directors of the Company wish to announce that such methodology changes have now occurred.
