Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I PLC and SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II PLC ("the Companies") announce that Extraordinary General Meetings ("EGMs") will be held at the offices of Matsack Trust Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 14 December 2022  at 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. (Irish time) respectively. The EGMs are being called for the purpose of shareholders voting to affirm the re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the auditors of the Companies and to authorise the board of directors of the Companies to agree the remuneration of the Auditors. The Notices of EGMs are also available on the Company's website at www.ssga.com.

As explained in the EGM notices, please note that only the registered shareholder is entitled to attend and vote at the meetings (or any adjournment thereof). As sub-funds in the Companies use the International Central Securities Depositary (ICSD) model of settlement and Citivic Nominees Limited is the sole registered shareholder of shares in the sub-funds under the ICSD settlement model, investors in the sub-funds should submit their voting instructions through the relevant ICSD or the relevant participant in an ICSD (such as a local central securities depositary, broker or nominee). If any investor has invested in the sub-funds through a broker/dealer/other intermediary, the investor should contact this entity to provide voting instructions.
