Southern Housing Group Limited (the Issuer) has previously issued Ł125,000,000 4.50 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2039 (the 2039 Bonds) and Ł50,000,000 5.364 per cent. Secured Bonds 2044 (the 2044 Bonds, and together the with the 2039 Bonds, the Bonds).

The Issuer entered into an Agency Agreement on 4 February 2014 in connection with the Bonds with M&G Trustee Company Limited (then Prudential Trustee Company Limited) as Bond Trustee, BNP Paribas, Luxembourg Branch as Principal Paying Agent and BNP Paribas, London Branch as Paying Agent.

BNP Paribas, London Branch has notified the Issuer and the Principal Paying Agent of its intention to resign as Paying Agent, to take effect on 15 December 2022.

The Issuer is working to appoint a replacement Paying Agent and will provide further updates once the identity of the replacement Paying Agent has been identified and appointed.
