Notice to the shareholders

UBS (Lux) Fund Solutions - MSCI China ESG Universal UCITS ETF

the "Sub-Fund"

Sub-Fund and Index Replacement

The board of directors of the Fund and of the Management Company (together, the "Boards") hereby inform the shareholders of the Sub-Fund that the underlying index, tracked by the Sub-Fund, will be replaced by a new index focusing more on companies with low exposure to carbon emissions. In the interest of shareholders, the Fund will execute the abovementioned index replacement. Subsequently, the name of the Sub-Fund will be changed accordingly.

As a result of the aforementioned replacement, the name of the Sub-Fund and its index will be amended as follows:

The above replacement will enter into force as of 01.12.2021 and will apply to all share classes within the Sub-Fund.

For your convenience, please find an exhaustive list of launched share classes concerned by the abovementioned replacement attached hereto as Annex.

The prospectus and key investor information documents of the Fund can be obtained free of charge from the Management Company.
