Rebalance of Index Securities

The annual rebalancing of the Bloomberg Commodity Index and Bloomberg Commodity Index 3 Month Forward will commence on Monday 9 January 2023 (the "2023 Rebalance"). Consequently, each of the twenty-eight categories of Index Securities (comprising eighteen categories of Classic Index Securities and ten categories of Longer Dated Index Securities) as set out in the Prospectus of the Issuer dated 26 July 2022 will also be rebalanced.

On 27 October 2022, Bloomberg announced the 2023 target weights and composition of the Bloomberg Commodity Index for the 2023 Rebalance. The 2023 Rebalance will include the addition of (i) Lead Micro Securities; and (ii) Lead Longer Dated Micro Securities.

Further announcements in relation to the 2023 Rebalance will be made by the Issuer in due course.
