The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the Registered Shareholder that the Fund's classification pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector ("SFDR") has changed from Article 8 to Article 6. The change will take effect on or around 28 November 2022.

A copy of the notice issued to the Registered Shareholder has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and www.lgim.com.
