INVESCO GLOBAL CLEAN ENERGY UCITS ETF DIST (ISIN: IE00BLR0028)

(the "Fund")

Dear Shareholder

We are writing to you as a Shareholder of the Fund, which is a sub-fund of Invesco Markets II plc (the "Company"), to inform you of upcoming changes to the reference index tracked by the Fund, the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index (the "Index") (the "Changes").

We also refer you to the shareholder circular dated 1 April 2022 (the "Circular") which outlined changes to the Index which took effect on 16 March 2022 earlier this year. 

The Changes

The upcoming Changes to the methodology of the Index can be summarised as follows:

·      the eligibility criteria for potential inclusion in the Index will change to also include companies with a primary listing in China and China A-shares will be eligible for inclusion provided they are available through the Stock Connect program;

·      companies deemed to have a Severe ESG Risk Rating according to the methodology of the Index will be excluded; and

·      the quarterly rebalancing will change from the last Business Day of March, June, September and December to the last Business Day of February, May, August and November.

Effective Date

The Changes will take effect on 30 November 2022.  The Supplement will be amended in due course to reflect the Changes which will be available to Shareholders free of charge.

Should you wish to redeem your shareholding as a result of the Changes, you may do so in accordance with the dealing provisions outlined in the Supplement.

Shareholders may obtain the Prospectus, the key investor information document, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the constitution of the Company free of charge from the registered office of the Manager or the local representatives in the countries where the Company is registered as well as from the German information agent, Marcard Stein & Co AG, Ballindamm 36, 20095 Hamburg, Germany and on the website of the Company - etf.invesco.com or - limited to the Prospectus, the key investor information documents - on the website of the relevant stock exchange where the Shares are listed (for Italy, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.a. www.borsaitaliana.it). In Switzerland, the Prospectus, the key investor information documents, the latest annual and semi-annual reports and copies of the constitution may be obtained free of charge from the Swiss Representative and Paying Agent, BNP Paribas, Paris, Zürich branch, Selnaustrasse 16, 8002 Zürich, Switzerland..
